Kieran Hallinan
Managing Director

An Occupational Health professional qualifying in 1999 from NUI Galway, Kieran has worked in this field both in Ireland and overseas for the past 25 years.

We have an exceptional team here at Bluebird Care that together with our focus on the quality of care provided makes a real difference to the lives of so many people within the community.

Lorraine McDonnell
Senior Care Worker

Lorraine, who has a QQI Level 6 in Healthcare, has 10 years’ experience in providing care and support in a wide variety of settings. In her role of Senior Care Worker Lorraine has close contact with our clients to ensure that we deliver quality care and that our carers receive guidance and support.

 

I get great satisfaction knowing we as care workers are making a difference to allow people. The compassion and empathy that is shown to our clients by our staff is overwhelming and makes you proud to be part of the team.

Tina Onyszko
Care Manager (RGN)

Tina Onyszko brings to her role as Care Manager with Bluebird Care Northeast 30 years Health Care experience in both clinical and strategic roles as a registered nurse

I am passionate about customers receiving the highest standard of care we can provide and Bluebird Care’s standards fit with my own. It is great to be part of a team where you can see your efforts making a difference.

Quality Administrator/Scheduler

A graduate of NUI Maynooth Sarah joined the team here in June 2023.

Maria Donnelly
Care Supervisor

Maria joined the Bluebird Care Team in 2011. Maria trained as an SEN in the UK and is also qualified in Swedish massage, Indian head Massage and Reiki. Maria is also the manual handling instructor for the care team in the northeast.

In her role as care supervisor Maria focuses on supporting and supervising staff while they provide care or support services to our customers, while ensuring care plans are reviewed and updated as required, and that standards are constantly maintained by the care workers and personal assistants.

I hope that in the work we do that I can help to make a difference in our customers lives for the better.

Bryan McGettigan
Payroll Coodinator

Bryan joined the Bluebird Care team in 2015. After completing his training Bryan moved on to the co-ordinator role within Bluebird Care. When the oppurtunity arose to take on the payroll role Bryan embraced the challenge.

Enjoying the challenges of his role Bryan says,  “In payroll, there are no good or bad experiences – just learning experiences!!”

Hannah Mines
Administrator/Scheduler

Hannah is a Graduate of the Dundalk Institute of Technology with a BA in Social Care.

Since Joining Bluebird Care in 2021, Hannah feels she has established a rapport with the team and is delighted to have the opportunity to work for such an established company.

Hannah describes her role within Bluebird Care as rewarding and fulfilling, providing help and support to our staff, clients and the general public on a daily basis.

Marty Kelly
Director (RGN)

Marty with a Nursing & Occupational Health Professional background has been involved in the delivery of high-quality care for 30 years.
