Looking after people in their own homes was always been something that interested me and in 2018, I joined Bluebird Care as Clinical Nurse Manager.
Working for Bluebird Care doesn’t feel like a job to me, it’s not a job at all. I care for everyone, for me it’s just a normal thing to do.
What the carers do every day is nothing short of amazing. They’re everything to everybody, they are friends, they are cooks, they are companions, counsellors.
Being a carer is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do. Right from the start I liked the difference I could make. I loved seeing the smiles on my customer’s faces.

I’m glad I gave up office work to do this job. It wasn’t fulfilling enough, there was something missing. I was put here to help people and it’s lovely.
