Job Title: Care Coordinator 

Job location: Port Laoise, CO. Laois, R32AKC5

Due to continued growth, Bluebird Care, have a requirement for the following exciting role.

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Care Coordinator, will have strong administration and rostering experience. They will be capable of managing all aspects of day to day operations, take responsibility and accountability, possess excellent communication skills and dedicated to providing the highest quality of home care to those most in need.

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Office administration: 1 year (required)
• Experience using the Onetouch Scheduling System 

Work Location: In person

Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Assisting with client and staffing issues
• Development and maintenance of key client relationships
• Assisting with Care Assistant recruitment and scheduling where required
• Communicating Client and Care Assistant concerns or problems with directors or other staff members as appropriate
• Organisation of office administration
• Assisting and supporting the Care Manager in her role
• Ensuring all shifts are covered and adequate relief care available
• Ad hoc duties as required

• Experience in One Touch scheduling system is preferable
