Role Overview The Practice Supervisor plays a key role in developing and maintaining the clinical, professional, and practical standards of Health and Social Care Assistants within Bluebird Care. The Practice Supervisor does not hold formal line management responsibility and will escalate all employee relations or performance issues to the Clinical Lead or Office Manager .
