Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate safeguarding and behavioural support measures are in place. Promote independence, wellbeing, social inclusion, and community participation for clients. Ensure care staff and nurses are trained, supported, and competent in delivering specialist and complex care supports. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure services comply with healthcare regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate client records, care documentation, incident reports, and risk assessments. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory inspections. Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Requirements & Qualifications Nursing qualification essential – RGN or RIND. Previous experience in care coordination, care management, or a supervisory role within homecare, disability, or community care services. Experience supporting elderly clients, individuals with disabilities, behaviours that challenge, and children with complex care needs. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, complaint management and person-centred care planning. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
