Health Care Assistant – Residential Care Ballinrobe / Castlebar Area, Co. Mayo €16 per hour Premium rates for nights, Sundays & Bank Holidays We are currently recruiting Health Care Assistants to join our residential care team in the Ballinrobe / Castlebar area. This is a rewarding role for compassionate, committed carers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care. The Role Providing person-centred care to residents Supporting daily living activities Promoting dignity, comfort, and independence Working 12-hour shifts over 7 days , including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays Requirements Full QQI/FETAC Level 5 Healthcare Support Award (or equivalent) required Experience in residential care preferred Strong communication skills Reliable, caring, and professional approach What We Offer Competitive pay of €16 per hour Premium rates for nights, Sundays & Bank Holidays Free training , including: Manual Handling Basic Life Support Epilepsy Awareness Employee Assistance Programme Carer Awards to recognise and reward outstanding staff Supportive working environment
