Health Care Assistant – Residential Care
Ballinrobe / Castlebar Area, Co. Mayo
€16 per hour
Premium rates for nights, Sundays & Bank Holidays
We are currently recruiting Health Care Assistants to join our residential care team in the Ballinrobe / Castlebar area. This is a rewarding role for compassionate, committed carers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
The Role
- Providing person-centred care to residents
- Supporting daily living activities
- Promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
- Working 12-hour shifts over 7 days, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Requirements
- Full QQI/FETAC Level 5 Healthcare Support Award (or equivalent) required
- Experience in residential care preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, caring, and professional approach
