Office Administrator – North Cork (Full-Time) Salary: €34,000 per annum Bluebird Care North Cork is currently recruiting an organised and proactive Office Administrator to manage all aspects of administration within our local office. This is a key role supporting our care team, clients, and recruitment activity. Salary and Benefits: Full-time: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm On-site parking provided Pension scheme 21 days annual leave Weekend on-call rotation (additional remuneration) You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office, ensuring smooth operations and strong communication with staff, clients, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Managing emails and phone calls Maintaining and auditing staff files Working closely with our recruitment partner on: Recruitment processes Interviews File management Garda Vetting Building and maintaining relationships with HSE and disability services Regular check-ins with staff and clients Supporting compliance and general office administration Requirements Business Administration qualification (or similar) 6+ months experience in an office-based role, experience in the healthcare sector desired but not essential Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to manage a busy office environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills
