Community Home Care Nurse - D.22 Area

An opportunity for Registered Nurses to provide safe, quality care for a Child with Complex Care Needs within a home setting in Clondalkin Dublin 22
Location: Clondalkin Dublin 22
Shift time: 3hrs
Availability:
- One nurse {RCN/RGN} to assist one day per week {three hours}
- Two nurses {RCN/RGN} to complete dressings two days per week {three hours}
- Total hours required =15 hours
Employment: Part-time, permanent
Support: Supported by CNM2 and local clinical management team
Pay:
- Monday– Friday : €40 per hour
Nurses must demonstrate that they have the desired competencies to care for the specific child for example;
- Must be competent with dressing changes and skilled in the identification of infection/any changes in skin integrity that requires medical referral. (identify competencies required)
- Diagnosis: Epidermolysis Bullosa
