Bluebird Care is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated and caring team in the Lough Gowna and surrounding areas.

THE ROLE
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, helping them to live safely, independently and with dignity.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
- Supporting customers with mobility and independence
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following individual care plans
- Promoting the health, wellbeing and dignity of our customers
- Building positive relationships with customers and their families
- Working as part of a professional and supportive care team
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Previous healthcare experience
- Respectful of the dignity, privacy and independence of others
- Friendly and approachable
- Good communicators and team players
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of hours
Previous healthcare or home-care experience is an advantage, but full training and support will be provided.
A full driving licence and access to a car is desirable.
