What is Home Care?
As a Home Care Assistant, you will travel between clients' homes, providing personalised support that enables individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own communities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming and toileting)
- Supporting clients with mobility and safe transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where required
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting medication prompts and reminders
- Carrying out light household duties including laundry and tidying
- Promoting client independence, dignity and choice
- Reporting any concerns or changes in client wellbeing promptly
- Accurately completing care records and visit notes
You Must Have
- Good spoken and written English
- Previous work experience in Ireland
- Availability to work weekends
- A caring, compassionate and professional attitude
- Must be living in Dublin North.
- QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (or willing to complete)
OR
- A minimum of 1 year's Healthcare Assistant experience and willingness to complete the required QQI modules
