Reports to: CNM2 / Franchise Owner / Director
Location: Predominantly office-based role with regular onsite supervision, (Car is required)
Part Time: 3 days per week, 5 month contract.
Salary: 53.000 Pro Rata
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) to support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred homecare services. You will assist in the day-to-day management of the service, lead and support staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations to deliver safe, effective homecare within budget
- Lead, supervise, and develop nursing and care staff
- Ensure compliance with HIQA, HSE, and company policies
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews
- Manage incidents, complaints, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care
- Participate in business growth and represent the service externally
- Provide on-call support as required
Essential Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN preferable) on the live register of NMBI with 5+ years post-registration experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding, and risk management
- Experience in care planning and delivering homecare services
- Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Competent in administration and IT systems
- Full driver’s licence
- Eligible to work in Ireland and pass Garda vetting
Desirable
- Experience managing homecare services
- Management or healthcare management qualification
- Experience delivering training or mentoring staff
