Bluebird Care Limerick is seeking a Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) to support and oversee community-based disability care packages.
This role offers a unique blend of clinical oversight, leadership, and quality assurance without hospital shift work.

The Role
- Oversee disability care packages for children and adults
- Review and develop person-centred care plans
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff
- Monitor care standards and ensure compliance
- Conduct field-based supervision visits
This is a structured, Monday–Friday role with a balance of community visits and office-based responsibilities.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) qualification.
- Active NMBI registration
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in disability services
- Supervisory or leadership experience desirable
- Strong knowledge of person-centred care
- Full clean Irish driving licence and access to own car
