Requirements
- Experience in Social Care, mental health support, intellectual disabilities, or complex needs
- A passion for promoting independence and dignity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare desirable
- Must have experience in disability care, experience working with adults with Autism
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- A full driving license is essential
