Healthcare Assistants URGENTLY NEEDED– Ballinasloe, Ballydangan & Surrounding Areas
Pay: From €13.60 per hour + paid travel time
Hours: Flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday, 8am–10pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Bluebird Care is hiring Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality home care across Ballinasloe, Ballydangan, and nearby areas. Guided by our Clinical Leads in 25 offices nationwide, you’ll receive excellent training and support to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Duties
- Personal care, meal prep, mobility assistance
- Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and high-dependency support
- Medication prompting & light housework/shopping
- Companionship and encouraging independence
- Following individual Care Plans
- Reporting and documentation
Requirements
- QQI Care Skills & Care of the Older Person or 1 year healthcare experience
- Full driver’s licence & own transport
- Reliable, caring, and professional
- Good English (spoken & written)
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- International Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate
