Role Overview:
- Efficient and effective delivery of care activities within the service
- Carrying out quality improvement action plans and maintenance of care records
- Provision of mentorship and guidance within the care environment and participation in care activities as part of the supervision process if necessary
- Management of staff, i.e., Healthcare Assistants
- Engaging directly with customers/family members
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and unannounced care supervision visits in a wide variety of practice settings
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records
- Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process
- Employ a best practice approach in the care of customers
- Work within Scope of Practice (NMBI)
- Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives
