Salary & Benefits

- Double pay on Sundays

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, supportive environment for clients
- Offer companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and support community integration
- Help clients achieve independence and personal goals
- Build trusting relationships through emotional support
Requirements
- Experience in Social Care, mental health support, intellectual disabilities, or complex needs
- A passion for promoting independence and dignity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- A full driving license is essential
- CORU-registered or currently in the process of registering
