Job Title: Staff Nurse (Adult care)

Location: Foxrock, Dublin

Shifts available: Days, Evening and Nights

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our expanding adult homecare team, supporting individuals with a variety of healthcare needs to live independently and safely in their own communities.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing nurse-led care to adults with physical, cognitive, or chronic health conditions
• Working closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Creating, implementing, and reviewing person-centred care plans
• Conducting risk assessments and ensuring high standards of clinical governance
• Supporting care assistants with training, mentoring, and clinical oversight
• Ensuring all care complies with HIQA regulations and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (RGN, RPN, or RNID) with NMBI registration
• Full clean driving licence and access to your own car desirable
• Strong communication, organisational, and clinical skills
• A genuine passion for empowering people to live independently
