Care Assistants are responsible for overseeing the clients care plan, perform the planned care duties and promote client comfort, dignity and wellbeing. The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our South Dublin office team. This role will support the day-to-day HR operations of the organisation and play a key role in developing, and supporting our growing team of care professionals and office staff. The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant with employment legislation, and aligned with our values of quality care and employee wellbeing.
