This role is ideal for an experienced Social Care Worker (CORU registered or registration in progress) who is ready to step into a supervisory or team lead position within disability services. If you have experience in intellectual disability, community care, residential services, or complex care , this opportunity offers career progression and structured leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities Supervise Social Care Workers and healthcare staff in the community Oversee disability care packages for children and adults Complete and review care plans, risk assessments, and support plans Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements Monitor service quality and maintain accurate documentation Support staff training, mentoring, and performance development This role combines field-based supervision (30–40%) with office-based quality assurance and service coordination.
