The Care Coordinator / Scheduler plays a key role in the successful day to day running our business. We are looking for candidates who have excellent interpersonal skills and a warm flexible communication style. Your responsibilities as a Care Coordinator / Scheduler will include . . . Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers and their family members, and with HSE Health and Social Care Services personnel. Provide a professional and courteous service to members of the public & colleagues Provide administration support and effectively co-ordinate work schedules Work on the On-Call service on a rota basis with your colleagues Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Be the first point of contact for Customers & Staff Provide support to the senior management team Qualifications & Experience Experience as a Care Assistant is very desireable but not essential A recognised qualification in office administration or relevant experience Min 1 years’ experience working within a homecare office setting desirable Strong computer literacy skills essential Must have the ability to work under pressure, have the ability to manage their own workloads and whilst also being a team player Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Employment Type Full-time role: Office hours 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday ( start & finish times may be flexible by agreement ) Full Driving license desirable On-Call (rota basis) Permanent & Fulltime position Additional income earning opportunities for candidates with Homecare / Home Support experience.
