Care Assistants are responsible for overseeing the clients care plan, perform the planned care duties and promote client comfort, dignity and wellbeing. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our services across Older Person Services and Disability Services . The Role This is a dynamic and rewarding leadership position combining office-based management responsibilities with hands-on clinical support within the community . As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will support and guide our care teams while maintaining strong clinical governance and compliance standards.
