About the Role: As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical governance and coordination of care services for our older clients, ensuring safe, effective, and dignified support in line with HIQA standards. You’ll lead and support our team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to care teams Conduct assessments and develop person-centred care plans Monitor compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Manage, mentor, and support frontline staff Liaise with families, GPs, hospitals, and other multidisciplinary professionals Champion quality improvement and evidence-based practice What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse with NMBI (active registration) Minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience, ideally with older persons or community care Leadership or managerial experience within healthcare Excellent clinical knowledge and risk management skills Strong communication and team-building abilities Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle Why Join Bluebird Care? Role of Healthcare Assistant The Care Assistant’s primary role is to deliver personal care and assistance to a client in his/her own home. Care Assistants are responsible for overseeing the clients care plan, perform the planned care duties and promote client comfort, dignity and wellbeing. Your responsibilities as a Care Assistant include . . .
