Training & Support: Free Manual Handling Training 24/7 support line Dedicated Care Management Team Duties & Responsibilities: Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Supporting clients with mobility and transfers Preparing meals and supporting with feeding if required Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting medication prompts/reminders Carrying out light household duties (tidying, laundry, etc.) Promoting client independence and dignity at all times Reporting concerns or changes in health to the office promptly Accurately recording visit notes and care updates You must have: Good spoken and written English is essential Previous work experience in Ireland is essential Flexibility to work every second weekend. Evening and weekend availability (preferred) 2 QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills/Healthcare Support and Care of the Older Person) OR 1+ year of HCA experience and a willingness to complete the modules.
